CHICKEN WONTON TACOS
1 cup cubed chicken breast
Wonton wrappers
Stir Fry Sauce:
2 Tbsp. barbeque sauce
4 Tbsp. Newman's Own sesame ginger dressing
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Coleslaw:
2 cups finely shopped coleslaw mix
4 Tbsp. Marzetti coleslaw dressing

Mix coleslaw and coleslaw dressing. Set aside. Prepare stir fry sauce by mixing together barbeque sauce, sesame ginger dressing, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce.
Drizzle cooking oil into skillet and put on medium high heat. Toss cubed chicken in stir fry sauce. Add coated chicken to skillet and cook for approximately five minutes. Cut a cube of chicken in half to make sure it is fully cooked through.
Fill a small (8") skilled half full of cooking oil and heat until it sizzles when you drop a few drips of water into the oil. Fry wonton shells one at a time in hot oil. Fold into a taco shape while they are still soft. Cook for 1 minute or so until they are crisp and just starting to turn brown.
Put chicken in taco shell and top with slaw mixture.
