PORK CHOPS & DRESSING

4-5 Bone-in Pork Chops
Vegetable Oil​
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Ground Sage​​​​
1 Box Pork Flavored Stove Top stuffing
4 Tbsp. Margarine
Salt & Pepper​​
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup​

​​Prepare Stove Top stuffing per package instructions.  Combine flour, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and sage on a paper plate.  Salt and pepper both sides of chops before dredging in flour mixture.  Cover each chop with flour mixture.  Brown chops in hot oil on top of stove - about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer chops to an 8 x 8 casserole pan.  Spoon a heap of stuffing on top of each pork chop and cover everything with cream of mushroom soup.  Cover with foil and bake in oven at 350 for about 45 minutes.  Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 45 minutes.
