CHOCOLATE TOFFEE


2 sticks real butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
4 Hershey Bars
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
If you like Score candy - you'll love this!!  Butter cookie sheet.  Bring butter, brown sugar, and vinegar to a boil.  Use a candy thermometer and boil to 310 degrees (about ten minutes).  Pour onto buttered cookie sheet and spread to about 1/4" thick (may not cover the entire baking sheet - that's okay).  Break up Hershey bars into small pieces and place all over the toffee.  Wait about five minutes and carefully spread chocolate evenly over the toffee.  Sprinkle with pecans.  Freeze for about 45 minutes and break into bite size pieces.  YUM!!!
