ASPARAGUS PARMESAN
1 Bunch of asparagus
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
Pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning

Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut the woody ends off of the asparagus. Spread the asparagus across the foil-covered baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning. Return to oven for 3-4 minutes to melt the cheese.
